My Drink

I drink lemon juice in prilled distilled water on a regular basis as my body requests it. 

It has to be from fresh lemons - not the lemon juice that comes in the green bottle. 

A lemon is the only anionic food in the world.  The electrons in a lemon juice molecule travel in a clockwise direction and every other food in the world is cationic and the electrons travel in a counter clockwise direction.  When they come in contact with each other energy is created.

Most of my bodies liquid needs are met by the juicy fruits I blend and eat.  

I do supplement that with pure distilled water that has been prilled.

This is the Mini Classic II made by Pure Water and the one that I use.  It's all stainless steel and very well made.  There are lower cost models but are they not all metal and glass like this one.  I have these available at an excellent price.  I also have the full line of Waterwise Distillers which is another good brand.

I use a distiller for purifying water. Many people drink distilled water without

restructuring it. Water must be neutral to slightly alkaline to build the 3 to 5 lbs

of aerobic flora in the body. High pH water will over alkalize the body by going

against the body's natural homeostatic response. Many people drink high pH

water as a remedy for a non hygienic lifestyle. High alkaline water without the

mineral abundance found in nature might make you feel good as it gets rid of

acidity but at the expense of the weakest target in the body.

I prill my water. Prill beads cost less than 10 dollars per bag and I just leave them in my

one gallon glass container and it does the job of restructuring the water all by itself.

I put the container on my window sill in the sun to enhance the energy.

Prill Beads de-cluster water to single molecules that absorb into your system faster and more efficiently than any other kind of water.  Prill beads make thin water by changing the water at the molecular level which also changes the surface tension from 34 dynes to 5 dynes.  Toxic chemicals like chlorine and fluoride are somehow dissipated and you are left with pure pristine water that will super hydrate your body.  Prill beads are made from magnesium oxide which will never wear out or dissolve.  They raise the pH of the water from 6 to about 8 and alkaline water is the best transport system for nutrients from your food into your cells.  To use, fill a one gallon glass container (sun tea container with spigot) with water and add a three ounce bag of prill beads and let it sit for 24 hours.  After 24 hours the water has an alkalinity of about 8 and is ready to use for drinking, smoothie making, and even watering your plants.  You can use up to three quarts leaving at least one quart.  Refill the container and another three quarts are ready for use in one hour.  You can repeat this process for years with the same prill beads and always have alkaline water.  Prill beads were invented by Jim Carter to decontaminate nuclear waste.
