Dehydrated or cooked?
It doesn't matter how it's dried.
Once the original water has been removed it is no longer whole.
Enzymes? Apple enzymes work best with apple water.
There is a place for a dehydrater in your kitchen for preserving foods for later use
or to store up food for the winter /non-growing months.
It is also a good transistional appliance as you
move from "normal" eating to healthy eating.
