Gyms and Exercise - The information in this video may surprise you

and challenge the way you think about exercise and it's benefits.

Why is it the best?

 

The best kind of exercise is  REBOUNDING  which is jumping on a mini-trampoline.  It exercises every cell in the body at the same time and moves the lymph fluid so the body can fluch itself of cellular wastes.  The lymph system has no "pump" like the blood system does so rebounding is the perfect kind of exercise to get the lymph fluids moving.  Notice how babies and children are always jumping and hopping - it's a natural intuitive action.

 

Rebounding does not use energy like weight lifting does - it creates energy.  After 10 to 15 minutes 4 to 5 times per week, you get off the rebounder feeling more energetic instead of wanting to sit down and rest.  Rebounding is considered a weight bearing exercise without the muscle breakdown of weight lifting.  Rebounding exercises or stresses every cell at the same time so a full body workout can be done in 10 minutes.

These people look fairly fit.  Unfortunately most people who go to gyms or exercise at home believe that being fit is the same as being healthy.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  A physically fit person can be as unhealthy as an overweight out of shape person.  The Fitness Industry has led people to believe that if they have muscles and are thin they are healthy. 

 

Many people go the gym to "burn fat".  Sorry, it doesn't work - it never has and never will.  Sure you can burn some calories and firm up some flabby muscles  BUT  your body will go into survival mode and hang on to those energy producing fat cells until they are needed for fuel.  Just like low calorie diets that do just the opposite of what the dieter wants. 

Fat is one of the ways that the body protects itself from toxicity.  Most people who consume the "normal" diet of processed cooked foods and animal products have an acidic and toxic chemical makeup.  The body can only process out a certain amount of toxins through the kidneys, liver, skin, etc. and the rest it will store in the fat cells for future processing.  However, the future processing never comes because the person continually consumes more toxins than the body can get rid of.  So, the person gets fatter and fatter and sicker and sicker until a real disease hits.  The person wonders why it hit so suddenly not realizing that it was a very slow process that ended with the symptoms of the disease.

You can eat as much whole food as you want and never worry about gaining weight!

 

Fat naturally dissolves in an alkaline body. Most people that work out at the gym do NOT have an alkaline body, otherwise they would not be in the gym in the first place trying to lose weight. They need this fat that they are trying to lose. Acids and toxins are stored in the fat to ensure that the blood does not get to acidic. Necessary weight loss is a positive benefit to the body when the body becomes alkaline by natural means.

 

Which one of these girls is healthier?  Without knowing their body chemistry, it is impossible to know.  The thinner girl may be more mineral deficient than the thicker girl.  The thiner one may have depleted her mineral reserves by over exercising.  Working out at a gym can be counterproductive depending on the body chemistry. 

 

Is exercise the best way to lose weight?

 

When I flushed my lymph system through rebounding, my inflammation went away and my lymph system drains optimally now.  A person who has a large amount of excess body fat but has a great cardiovascular system is  healthier than a person who stays thin but is toxic and is not physically fit. Please be aware that exercise may not always accomplish the goal of becoming fit. Forced exertion, or forced exercise can go against homeostasis and reduce your fat but at the expense of the weakest organ or the mineral reserves in the bones. Having an aerobic flora and a mineral abundance are the natural ways to ensure a fit body. 

Detoxify, Alkalize, and Re-Mineralize your body and you will not store excess fat.

 

Moderate cellular exercise is all you need to be healthy and fit.

 

Our bodies naturally lose weight in an alkaline state.  Toxicity and acidity will be stored in fat cells which will swell and cause the person to gain weight.  By detoxifing and alkalizing the fat cells will release what they are holding and the person will lose weight.
