WHAT DO I EAT ?
I eat every kind of food that my body was designed to eat. I don't eat "merchandise". Most everything you will find in a grocery store is merchandise and not real food. If it comes in a box, can, bag, plastic, or glass container it is not food, it is processed food with added chemicals to preserve it, make it taste better, or added nutrients because the original ones were destroyed as the food was cooked, pasteurized, homogenized, or irradiated.
Processed foods are the major part of the "normal" diet here in the United States and is the reason why most people are overweight and sick. When I tell someone that I eat EcoAerobically they look at me strangely. They ask, "What do you eat?". I respond, "I eat whole raw organic foods that agree with my body's ecology." They continue to look at me strangely and then say, "Oh."
I don't have a lot of recipes to share (though there may be a few), but I can direct you to the many recipes avaliable on the internet. There are smoothie recipe books, raw dessert recipe books, raw vegetable recipes books and almost anything else you will crave. Personally, I don't do recipes. 80% of what I consume comes out of my Blendtec 20 amp, 2400 watt blender. Every morning I make about a gallon of fruit smoothies for my wife, daughter, and myself. I "eat" half of that and they "eat" the other half. What I don't consume for breakfast, I will vacuum seal in mason jars for later in the day. Then in the late afternoon I will make a green smoothie with what I have available. The base will usually include cucumber, celery, and leafy greens plus what looked good at the last farmers market. I go to one every Saturday morning and one every Tuesday afternoon. 90% of what we consume comes from those two markets. I live in the Central Coastal area of California so it is easier to be a "localvore" than those who live in most other places.
I grow some food that just isn’t available in the quality that I crave. Grasses properly grown in mineral rich and bacteria rich soil are bursting with life giving nutrients. There is a local bio-dynamic organic farm about 5 miles from my home and they do organic better than anyone else I have seen. They feed their plants a bacteria mix that allows the plants to absorb an enormous amount of nutrients. The Brix level on their food is the highest I have ever eaten. All things grown organically are pesticide free but this place is organic in every way possible. This family grows food for their own use and some of the "locals" like my family and I get to enjoy their excess.

Most of my diet consists of organic fruit – sweet fruits and non-sweet fruits like cucumbers, celery and avocados. I also eat primitive greens like chlorella and spirulina. I eat very little because what I do eat is packed with nutrients and my body is content. I rarely get hungry like I used to. People overeat because their food is nutrient poor and their body craves more nutrients so it says, "feed me more" in hopes of getting more nutrients. My body is not constantly in "digest mode" because what I eat is so easily digested and sometimes there are many hours between my meals. A side note -my bowel elimination is as regular as my meals. Needless to say I don't eat for a few hours before going to sleep (unlike this kitten who must have had a very tiring day doing what kittens do).

I know when to stop eating, not because I worry that I am eating too much or that something is too "fattening". My aliesthetic taste sense lets me know when I need to eat or not eat. When I eat, I always know when the taste changes from good to when I have had enough. It's not the feeling of just feeling full but a different feeling that many people don't know when eating denatured foods. My tongue will tell me when I need more or have had enough of a certain nutrient. All wild animals have this aliesthetic sense.
Everything I put into my body or even on my body is as wholesome and pure as I can get. The most important nutrients that I consume are AIR and WATER for without those there is no life. Those nutrients are often over looked as nutrients even though without them we would die. After that, it is the best carbohydrates, fats, and proteins that I can find. A friend, who knew I didn't eat animal products, once asked me where I got my protein. I responded, "I get my proteinf from the same place cows get theirs. I just bypass the middleman or should I say middleanimal."
I consume amino acids that are easy to assimilate from things like hemp seed nut, goji berries, and chlorella. When you consume protein, your body has to break it down into amino acids. Plant based amino acids are the purest form of protein - that is how calves grow to become full grown cows.
Living Food VS. Dead Food
Which is better for you, living food straight from the ground OR dead food straight from the sterilizer, pasteurizer, irradiator, canner, processor, and cooker. I don’t think any sane person would suggest that the latter is better for us BUT that is exactly what the USDA and FDA are saying. They now want to completely kill by radiation the last bit of healthy food that is available – Fresh Produce. The food industry has already killed most of the food supply and the remaining part is due to be killed soon.
The germ theory of disease that was promoted by Louis Pasteur, who by the way, realized at the end of his life that he was wrong, but the medical and food industries still believe, is the basis for the sterilization of our food. Natural bacteria from living plants is what keeps us healthy and our immune system working properly. Living plants are full of bacteria and phytochemicals that are destroyed during processing and cooking. Besides the nutrients that are destroyed, the natural bacteria and micro-organisms on living food, which are critical for a healthy digestive tract, are destroyed. Our food should have the bacteria on it – the good and the bad. Our bodies should have the ability to utilize the good bacteria and control the bad bacteria but for most people their bacterial balance is way off.
Bacteria balance, 85% good aerobic to 15% bad anaerobic, is critical for good health and a working immune system but has been destroyed because of the lack of natural medicines in the food we eat and the lack of good bacteria on the food we eat. We need to ingest good bacteria to keep our bacteria balance in the correct ratio. Aerobic bacteria play a key role in our digestive process and digestive tract and if it is out of balance our immune system, which protects us from pathogens, will suffer and we will develop diseases.
If there is a problem with bacteria on spinach and you radiate the spinach to kill the bacteria you are in effect treating the symptom and not the cause. The cause is the body’s inability to protect itself from the bad bacteria because it has been deprived of the good bacteria. It’s a catch 22 situation – You have to continue to kill the bacteria because you have been killing the bacteria on the food for so long the human body no longer has the ability to control the bad bacteria. We as a society will continue to get sicker and sicker and the food and drug industries will continue to get richer and richer.
Living foods keep people healthy and dead foods contribute to people’s early demise. Instead of killing off all bacteria, good and bad, we should focus on cultivating the good aerobic bacteria in our gut that will destroy the pathogenic bacteria that may occasionally invade us. As usual, the government is blinded to the big picture. They can’t see the forest through the trees. They see bacteria on spinach and say – we need to kill it, not how can we build up our immune systems to be able to handle it. Don’t blame the bacteria – blame the myriad of antibiotics and drugs that have very effectively destroyed the bacterial balance in our guts. The governments answer to the problem is to sterilize (kill) all food.
A sane person would recognize the answer would be to take some probiotics and stop taking antibiotics – to stop killing the good bacteria and start cultivating it. Once the balance is returned the immune system would once again function as it was designed. The answer is not to kill living food but to eat living food. It doesn’t seem like a complicated issue. It makes good scientific sense!
